Construction of our new hotel wing has begun on an adjoining plot to the west of the property and will continue until March 2027. In addition, two privately managed construction projects are underway in the surrounding area:
• A privately managed hotel development on the west side is progressing toward completion in May 2026.
• A privately managed residence on the east side is expected to be completed in Summer 2026.
The hotel remains fully operational, withfacilities open. While we are taking every possible measure to minimise inconvenience, construction activity in the surrounding area—as well as our own new-wing works—may result in noise during daytime construction hours.
